Qigong

Cultivate Your Essence

"Qi" or "chi" which are one and the same, with the spelling depending on the translation from Chinese to English, is equated to your life essence. When circulated properly, qi has attributes which warm, transform, protect, activate and contain. A "gong" is translated as work. Qigong then is the work to cultivate your life essence.

The beautiful movements of Qigong are designed to build and maintain health and strength. Through a combination of building external strength in your joints, tendons and muscles, as well as building internal strength through resilience of your organ systems, the slow, graceful movements turn your body into an symphony that is orchestrated and playing in perfect tune and harmony, from top to bottom, from head to toe.

Ensofic Reiki

Alignment of Mind, Body and Soul

Ensofic Reiki was created to realign the spirit, the soul and the body. All energy has a destination, and understanding how energy lands, where it can get blocked, and giving it a healthy flow all lead to creating a state of being that is optimal and harmonized. Ensofic Reiki can help to clear blockages, practicing Qigong will ensure that the blockages do not return. The two are a good pairing as they will clear, and then prevent future issues from arising.

Are we interjecting love, hate, indifference, anger, jealousy, regret, joy, passion, fear. We all contribute to our combined experience and we need be mindful as we do so. How to walk with intent, how to walk with wonder, and how to walk in awe of this magnificent universe and the Earth that we call home. We come here to create, to build, to design, to try, to fail, to strengthen. We are the architects of our own lives, but we also build a shared experience. We all breath together and shouldn't waste our breath on the unfruitful. These are our topics, how to walk in this world as a kind, caring, gracious human being.​
